SANA ULLAH VS State Related and interested witnesses, statements of--- Reliance--- Scope---Statements of related or interested witnesses can be made basis for conviction of the accused if the same inspired confidence as it is the intrinsic worth of the evidence that matters and not the source it emanates from---Mere relationship of the witnesses with deceased cannot render their evidence unreliable unless it is established that they have motive to implicate the accused falsely.
