MUHAMMAD RAMZAN VS State S. 342 ---Examination of accused---Scope---All incriminating pieces of evidence available on record are required to be put to the accused as required under S.342, Cr.P.C., for the purpose of enabling the accused to explain any circumstances appearing in evidence against him---If any piece of evidence was not put to the accused in his statement under S. 342, Cr.P.C., then the same could not be used against him for his conviction.
