Syed JAN ALI SHAH VS SOOMAR JAGIRANI S. 3--- Prevention of illegal dispossession of property--- Scope--- Scope of the Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005, is very limited and the court exercising powers under S. 3 of the Act was not competent to give any finding with regard to the authenticity of a document as the said Act confined the Trial Court to give finding only on illegal dispossession---Moreover, it was not the function of such court to decide or adjudicate upon the title of the property.
