ALI WADHAYO SHAR VS State Ss. 302, 324, 148 & 149---Qatl-i-amd, attempt to commit qatl-i-amd, rioting armed with deadly weapon, unlawful assembly---Appreciation of evidence---Related and interested witnesses--- Reliance--- Scope---Accused were charged for making firing upon the complainant party, due to which the son and grandson of the complainant were hit, however, the grandson of complainant died---Witnesses though were relatives of the deceased but they specifically deposed against the accused---During cross-examination, it was also brought on record that the accused was also near relative of the complainant party being real maternal cousin---Presence of complainant and the eye-witness was also established as the witness also received firearm injury---No dent in the prosecution evidence was found which suggested that the accused was not falsely involved in the commission of offence---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case against the accused---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
