MUHAMMAD ASLAM VS State S.497(2)---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss.302, 324, 148, 149, 337-F(i) & 109---Qatl-i-amd, attempt to qatl-i-amd, hurt and abetment---Bail, grant of---Further inquiry---Role of firing and injury alleged against accused was also attributed to two other co-accused---During the course of investigation, the investigating agency had concluded that the present accused person was not present at the crime scene rather the accused was held guilty of abetment---Police record showed that the accused person has taken the plea of alibi during the investigation---Plea of alibi was thoroughly investigated by the investigation agency and for such purpose a non-partisan witness was also associated---Guilt of accused called for further inquiry---Accused was admitted to bail.
