SHAH NAWAZ RANJHA VS EX-OFFICIO JUSTICE OF PEACE Ss. 22-a & 22-B---Ex-officio Justice of Peace, powers of ---Scope---Petitioner assailed the order passed by Justice of Peace whereby he had declined the request for issuance of direction for registration of FIR---Contention of petitioner was that the accused persons had provided a fake/bogus fard showing 'RH' as owner of the property and received amounts for securing purchase transaction for the petitioner---Details of the property mentioned in the suit for specific performance showed remarkable similarity to the details in the alleged fard except that in questioned fard it was owned by 'RH'---Observations of Justice of Peace, when examined in the context of said facts, manifested no illegality or jurisdictional error---No case for interference was made out in exercise of constitutional jurisdiction---Petition was dismissed, in circumstances.
