RAHIM KHAN VS NASIR KHAN art. 77---Rules as to notice to produce---Scope---article 77 of the Qanun-e-Shahadat, 1984, stipulates that a person shall not be allowed to produce secondary evidence unless he gave a notice to the person or his advocate in whose possession such document is, however, giving such notice shall not be required where the document to be proved is itself a notice.
