Pervaiz Khan VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---First Information Report lodged with promptitude---Accused was charged that he along with his co-accused committed murder of the father of complainant by firing---Motive for the occurrence was stated to be previous blood feud enmity between the parties---Occurrence had taken place on 18.12.2018 at 12.00 hours, whereas, the matter was reported to the local police on the same day at 12.15 hours within a span of just 15 minutes---Both the parties were known to each other due to existence of the previous motive, as such, there was no chance of misidentification or false implication on the part of the complainant party---Appeal against conviction was accordingly dismissed, in circumstances.
