Pervaiz Khan VS State Ss. 302(b) & 34---Qatl-i-amd, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Medical evidence, inconsonance with ocular account---Accused was charged that he along with his co-accused committed murder of the father of complainant by firing---Medical evidence so furnished in the subject case was inconsonance with the story of the prosecution---Dead body of the deceased had been examined by Medical Officer and his report, spoke loud and clear about the nature of the firearm injuries received by the deceased and that too on the vital organs of his body---Medical Officer was put to lengthy and searching cross-examination by the defence but nothing beneficial could be extracted from his mouth qua the innocence of the accused---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
