Shahnawaz Almani VS State Circumstantial evidence---Scope---There is no bar or hindrance to pass the sentence upon a killer when the chain of guilt is found not to be broken and irresistible conclusion of guilt is surfacing from the evidence, which connects the accused with the commission of the offence without any doubt or suspicion---If the circumstantial evidence brought on the record is of such nature, then the conclusion will be in the shape of conviction and no other conclusion will be drawn by any stretch of imagination in such a case.
