SHAH HUSSAIN VS State S. 302(b)--- Qatl-i-amd---Conviction on solitary statement of witness---Scope---Conviction could be based on the testimony of a solitary eye-witness---As a rule of prudence, Court does not base a conviction on the evidence of a solitary eye-witness, unless that eye-witness is absolutely reliable or his evidence is corroborated by reliable evidence.
