MUHAMMAD SADIQUE VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---Prosecution is bound under the law to prove its case against the accused beyond any shadow of reasonable doubt---In case any doubt has arisen in the prosecution case, the accused is entitled to be extended benefit of such doubt as a matter of right---Accused cannot be deprived of benefit of doubt merely because there is only one circumstance which created doubt in the prosecution story.
