ALI NAWAZ VS State Ss. 302(b), 504 & 34---Qatl-i-amd, intentional insult with intent to invoke breach of the peace, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---Benefit of doubt---Weapon of offence and crime empties sent together for analysis---Effect---Accused was charged that he along with his co-accused persons committed murder of the son of complainant by firing---Record showed that allegedly recovered gun and empties were sent together to the Forensic Science Laboratory for comparison, therefore, said recovery was inconsequential and report of the Forensic Science Laboratory was of no help to the case of prosecution---Circumstances established that the prosecution had failed to prove its case against the accused---Appeal against conviction was accordingly allowed.
