Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi VS Federation of Pakistan through Secretary Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad S. 352---Place of trial---Determination---Jurisdiction or power of Trial Court is concomitant with that of the Executive---If the Executive in any particular case does not issue order for holding cases or case at a place other than normal Court house, power to do so vests with Trial Court under S. 352, Cr.P.C.---If decision has already been taken by the Executive for conducting trial at a particular place or set of cases at a place other than normal place of sitting of Court, the Trial Court has to follow that administrative order.
