SHUJABAD AGRO INDUSTRIES (PVT.) LTD. VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN through Secretary Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) arts. 97 & 154 (1)---Executive authority of Federal Government---Council of Common Interest---Scope---When executive authority of Federal Government extends to matters with respect to which Parliament has power to make laws, it follows that the power of Council of Common Interest to make policy under art. 154 (1) of the Constitution is also no embargo to policy-making by Federal Government in exercise of its executive authority under art. 97 of the Constitution.
