XLI, R. 27, C.P.C. for production of additional evidence had to be considered with extreme caution as conduct of such party was always extremely relevant---Petitioner/plaintiff was to blame himself for not becoming his own witness, inspite of availing ample opportunities to adduce evidence---High Court declined to interfere in order passed by Lower appellate Court as there was no misreading or non-reading of evidence nor there was any illegality or infirmity in that order---Revision was dismissed, in circumstances.
