MUHAMMAD YOUSUF BHINDI VS A.G.E. & SONS (PVT.) LTD. O.IX, R. 7---Limitation Act (IX of 1908), First Sched., Art. 181---Application for setting aside an ex-parte order under Order IX, Rule 7, C.P.C.---Limitation---There is no specific limitation provided in the Limitation Act, 1908 meant for making any application for setting aside an ex-parte order under Order IX, Rule 7, C.P.C., therefore, for all intents and purposes, Article 181 of the Limitation Act, 1908 would apply wherein to meet such eventualities, three years' limitation period is provided when the right to apply accrues.
