MUHAMMAD NAWAZ VS State Benefit of doubt---Scope---While extending a benefit of doubt to an accused, it is not necessary that there must be multiple infirmities and doubts in the prosecution case---Single or slightest doubt in the prosecution case would be sufficient to extend its benefit in favour of an accused.
