KHALID alias MUHAMMAD KHALID VS COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS (ADJUDICATION), CUSTOM HOUSE, LAHORE Ss. 194-a & 194-B---Constitution of Pakistan, art. 199---Customs appellate Tribunal---Power of appellate Tribunal to execute orders passed by it---Customs appellate Tribunal has the power to execute orders passed in exercise of its appellate jurisdiction under Sections 194-a and 194-B of the Customs act 1969---Since an adequate remedy is provided by law, the writ jurisdiction of the High Court is not to be invoked for the execution of such orders.
