NADIR KHOSO VS State Double presumption of innocence---Scope---accused before his conviction is presumed to be innocent---If after trial, accused is acquitted, then in such an eventuality he earns double presumption of innocence---Thus, an acquittal judgment or order normally does not call for any interference and the same can be interfered with only in exceptional cases.
