MUHAMMAD ZEESHAN VS State Benefit of doubt---Principle---Giving the benefit of doubt to an accused is not by way of concession but by way of right---There need not be many circumstances creating doubts; if there is a single circumstance which creates reasonable doubt about the guilt of the accused then the accused will be entitled to the benefit.
