GHULAM MAHDI ABRO VS State Ss. 302(b), 504 & 34---Qatl-i-amd, assault or wrongful restraint, common intention---Appreciation of evidence---First Information Report lodged with promptitude---Accused was charged that he along with his co-accused committed murder of the complainant/deceased---Evidence reflected that occurrence had taken place in brought daylight at Imam Bargah---First Information Report in respect of the alleged offence had been lodged by deceased/complainant within thirty five minutes, wherein present accused was named as sole perpetrator of the alleged murder---Circumstances established that prosecution had proved its case against the accused but due to mitigating circumstances, the death sentence was reduced to imprisonment for life---Appeal was partially allowed, in circumstances.
