Sumera Rasheed VS State S. 192---Fabricating false evidence---Necessary ingredients---Requirement of S.192 P.P.C. is met only if there is an intention to create a circumstance, false entry or document with the expectation of its being used as evidence in a judicial proceeding, or in any other proceeding by law before any public servant or an arbitrator, and such circumstance, false entry or document facilitated in rendering an erroneous opinion for result of that proceedings.
