Khawaja Muhammad tayyab VS State S. 302(b)---appreciation of evidence---Motive not proved---accused was charged for committing murder of the husband of complainant---Record showed that daughter of the deceased stated before the Trial Court that motive of the occurrence was that accused was teasing her whereafter her father admonished him, in response, he extended dire threats to her father---admittedly, FIR qua the motive story had not been lodged against the appellant---Even otherwise such delayed story was not believable---appeal against conviction was allowed, in circumstances.
