Muhammad Irfan Shah VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Recovery of weapon of offence and blood stained earth---Reliance---Accused was charged for committing murder of the son of complainant by firing---Record showed that a 30-bore pistol was recovered at the pointation of appellant which matched with the crime empty collected from the place of occurrence as per report of Forensic Science Laboratory---Blood stained earth collected by Investigating Officer was verified as human blood through report of Forensic Science Laboratory---Circumstances established that the prosecution had proved its case beyond any shadow of doubt against the appellant---Appeal against conviction was dismissed accordingly.
