Muhammad Nadeem Aslam VS State Last seen evidence---Scope---Evidence of last seen is required to be appraised on the strict criteria of proximity of time and the distance---Evidence of last seen qualified for acceptance if it fit into the criteria of proximity of time and distance, according to which the time and distance between the event of last seen and death of deceased must not be too long---Lesser the duration and distance between the event of last seen and homicidal death of the victim, stronger is such evidence.
