Dr. Tashfeen Khan VS National Accountability Bureau S. 18 (a)(c) [as amended by National Accountability (Amendment) Act (XI of 2022)]---Terms "inquiry" and "investigation"---Scope---Inquiry under National Accountability Ordinance, 1999 is "inquisitorial" and it demands explanation from accused, which helps inquiry officer to formulate an "opinion" that enough incriminating material is available and prima facie a case can be established against accused and such inquiry can be converted into investigation.
