Babar alias Jani VS State abscondance---Scope---abscondance could not be taken as proof of guilt if sufficient connecting evidence against the accused is unavailable---abscondance creates merely a suspicion in the mind, but the same is not conclusive proof of guilt---Mere absconsion of the accused is no ground to convict him if the prosecution has failed to prove its case against the accused.
