PACKAGES LIMITED VS PUNJAB LABOUR APPELLATE TRIBUNAL S.O. 15(3)(a) & (h)---Constitution of Pakistan, Art.199---Discrimination---Voicing reservation against the policies of the employer company---Proceedings only against the respondent---During meeting with employer company, many other employees, along with respondent voiced reservations against the policies of the petitioner-company but initiation of proceedings against respondent alone proved that he was discriminated which approach being violative of Art.25 of the Constitution could not be approved----Constitutional petition was dismissed.
