MUHAMMAD IJAZ VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Re-appraisal of evidence---Promptly lodgment of FIR---Accused was alleged to have committed murder of his wife---Trial Court convicted the accused and sentenced him to death---High Court converted the death sentence into imprisonment for life---Validity---Crime report of this fateful occurrence that took place at 01:00 a.m. was registered at the instance of complainant, who happened to be the real brother of the deceased at 03:00 a.m.---Keeping in view the relationship of the appellant with the deceased and the complainant coupled with the time of incident, Court was of the view that the matter was reported to the police without any conscious and deliberate delay---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
