MUDASSAR KHURSHEED VS State S. 498---Pre-arrest bail---Scope---Once the Court reaches at the conclusion that in case of dismissal of pre-arrest bail the accused would become entitled for his release on post-arrest bail then it would be a futile exercise to (refuse pre-arrest bail and) send the accused to prison.
