MUHAMMAD RAMZAN VS MEMBER (JUDICIAL-II) BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB, LAHORE Ss. 39 & 42---Mutation entries---Scope---Any entry available in the revenue record unless it is substituted through a valid entry by the decree of any court or valid attestation of mutation of correction of any rights in the land remains in the field---Simultaneously if once it is found that the entries have been unlawfully changed, it shall be deemed that the old entries would continue.
