Mst. ANITA ANAM VS GENERAL PUBLIC Ss. 372 & 373---Successive application for grant of Succession certificate---Maintainability---There is no bar under Succession Act, 1925 in filing successive applications for grant of a certificate---No limitation can be imposed upon filing second application for grant of a certificate---Any person aggrieved from order granting earlier certificate, has a right to avail his remedy provided by law, subject to all just exceptions.
