Sahib Zaman VS State Medical evidence---Scope---Medical evidence may confirm direct or ocular account, if any, with regard to set of injuries, kind of weapon allegedly used in the commission of an offence or at least the nature of injuries---When ocular account furnished by a witness is not up to the mark, then evidentiary value of medical evidence qua guilt of the appellant as a sole piece of corroboratory evidence cannot be given much weight.
