Muhammad Mumtaz VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Unnatural conduct of eye-witnesses---Accused was charged for committing murder of his wife/daughter of complainant by strangulation---Record showed that both the eye-witnesses could not reasonably explain their presence at the time of incident in the house wherein the alleged occurrence took place, rather their conduct ran against natural behavior of normal human beings, as had they been present there, they should have tried to save the life of their sister-in-law, in a situation when the accused was not equipped with any kind of weapon, but instead of doing so, they ran away from the spot, so, their testimonies were unbelievable, and hence, discarded---Appeal against conviction was accordingly allowed.
