Zeeshan Ali VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Sentence, quantum of---Accused was charged for committing murder of the complainant/deceased by firing---Coming to the quantum of sentence of appellant, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, alternative sentence i.e. imprisonment for life would meet the ends of justice instead of death sentence---While maintaining the conviction of the appellant for offence under S.302(b), P.P.C., his sentence was altered from death to imprisonment for life, in circumstances---Appeal against conviction was dismissed with said modification in the sentence.
