Zeeshan Ali VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Medical evidence supporting the ocular account---Accused was charged for committing murder of the complainant/deceased by firing---Postmortem report showed that Medical Officer during postmortem examination on the dead body of deceased observed firearm injuries on her person attributed to the appellant which were ante-mortem in nature and were sufficient to cause death in ordinary course of nature---Thus, medical evidence fully supported the ocular account---While maintaining the conviction of the appellant for offence under S.302(b) P.P.C., his sentence was altered from death to imprisonment for life, in circumstances---Appeal against conviction was dismissed with said modification in the sentence.
