Ms. AYISHA QURESHI VS TAUSEEF JAVED CHAUDHRY art.199---Constitutional petition---Relief not expressly prayed for, granting of---Molding of relief by court---Powers of court---Constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court---Scope---When the court is seized of the matter under art.199 of the Constitution then it does not matter whether the relief has not been claimed or it falls under a specific provision of the Constitution or not---Given the circumstances of the case if relief is found and justice demands that relief is to be given then courts have ample power under art.199 of the Constitution to grant relief and not refuse the relief on technical or hyper technical grounds as it is against the spirit of the Constitution and the larger interest of the public.
