Ms. AYISHA QURESHI VS TAUSEEF JAVED CHAUDHRY Relief not expressly prayed for, granting of---Powers of court---Molding of relief---Scope---Courts can mold relief with the changing circumstances even if such relief is not prayed for expressly---Courts are empowered by the law to adopt this course and dispense an effective decree which settles the rights of the parties forming the part of the same issue in order to avoid multiple legal actions---Courts cannot deny relief just because there is a defect in the prayer and such relief has not been asked for---Courts are not powerless to overlook such defects.
