SHAHROZ VS ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE arts.4 & 10-a---Fair trial and due process, right of---Procedural compliance---Constitutional obligation of the Courts---Scope---after insertion of art.10-a of the Constitution in the list of fundamental rights, it has become obligatory upon the Court to adhere to the procedural steps and to avoid from doing anything which caused prejudice to the rights of the parties---article 10-a of the Constitution provides right of fair trial and due process for determination of rights and obligations---It is also pertinent to mention here that art.4 of the Constitution clearly states that it is inalienable right of every citizen to be treated in accordance with law and no action detrimental to the reputation, life, and liberty shall be taken except as per law.
