AHSANUDDIN, ADVOCATE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN, RAWALPINDI VS FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN through Secretary, Ministry of Interior, Islamabad Cl. 25 (1)(e)---Constitution of Pakistan, Art. 199---Certiorari, writ of---Scope---Security to ex-Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan---Appellant contended that ex-Chief Justice of Pakistan was to be provided full security with one bullet-poof vehicle and ajammer vehicle---Validity---High Court while issuing writ of certiorari acts in exercise of supervisory and not appellate jurisdiction---High Court under its review jurisdiction does not review findings of facts reached by an inferior Court or tribunal---Intra Court Appeal could be filed when order passed by Judge in Chambers of High Court was shown to have been delivered against the provisions of law and was result of conclusions which were contrary to any specific provision of law or was result of misreading, non-reading or was the consequence of miscarriage of justice or of like nature liable to be corrected by Division Bench of High Court, otherwise order in appeal could not be upset in Intra Court Appeal---Judge in Chambers of High Court and ex-officio Justice of Peace assigned valid reasons for reaching the conclusion which was supported by record---Division Bench of High Court declined to interfere in the order under appeal as there were no reasons, basis or justification for the same, nor any different view could be taken---Intra Court Appeal was dismissed, in circumstances.
