MUHAMMAD JUMAN VS State. S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Re-appraisal of evidence---Recovery of weapon of offence on the instance of petitioners---Reliance---Scope---Accused were charged for committing murder of the son of complainant---Blood-stained dagger was recovered on the pointing of the petitionerand the blood stained hatchet was recovered on the pointing of the co-petitioner---Recovery witness had stated that the said weapons were recovered at the instance of petitioners on 02.12.2018---According to the report of Chemical Examiner and Serologist, the recovered weapons were stained with human blood---Therefore, it was evident that the prosecution case was corroborated by the recovery of the weapons of offence from the possession of the petitioners, as well as, by the reports of the Chemical Examiner and Serologist---Circumstances established that the prosecution proved its case against the accused-petitioners beyond any shadow of doubt, however due to mitigating circumstances in the form of non-proving the motive, the death sentence was converted into imprisonment for life---With said modification in sentence, appeal was partly allowed, accordingly.
