SINDH IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE AUTHORITY VS PROVINCE OF SINDH. S.3---Limitation Act (IX of 1908)---Inherent duty of Court to consider limitation---Scope. Under Section 3 of Limitation Act, 1908, it is the inherent duty of Court to examine question of limitation irrespective of whether such objection has been raised by parties or not. A Court cannot entertain a suit, appeal or application filed beyond prescribed period of limitation.
