IFTIKHAR alias Puppi VS State. Ss.302(b) & 394---Improvements in testimony---Contradictions in statements. Complainant stated that exchange of hot words occurred between deceased and accused before firing. However, this fact was not mentioned in initial complaint made to police. Omission of such important fact amounted to improvement in testimony. Contradictions and improvements created doubt regarding prosecution version. Jail petition was converted into appeal and allowed.
