RAHIM SHAH MIAN VS MUHAMMAD IQBAL. S.13(3)---Talb-i-Ishhad---Proof---Non-fulfillment of requirements of service of notice. Appellant did not personally send notice of Talb-i-Ishhad and instead handed it over to informer. Informer did not appear to confirm dispatch of notice. Notice was not sent through registered cover acknowledgment due as required by law. Such procedural defects rendered Talb-i-Ishhad ineffective.
