RIAZ (deceased) VS GULZAR. S.302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Prompt lodging of FIR. Incident was reported by deceased himself on 07.09.2007 at 08:50 am before Head Constable at hospital casualty which was recorded as Murasila at 09:25 am. Matter was reported within thirty-five minutes of occurrence. Petitions were dismissed and leave was declined.
