RIAZ (deceased) VS GULZAR. S.302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Absconsion of accused pointing towards guilt. Accused remained fugitive from law for about eight years after occurrence and failed to provide plausible explanation. Unexplained disappearance immediately after occurrence strongly indicated towards guilt of accused. Petitions were dismissed and leave was declined.
