Muhammad Hussain VS State S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Medical evidence doubtful---Accused was charged for committing murder of the niece of the complainant by firing---Complainant in the FIR as also while appearing as witness had ascribed two fire arm injuries on the chest of the deceased to the appellant but during post mortem examination only one injury was noted on the chest of the deceased---Moreover, Injury No.3 i.e. grazed wound on back of right lower leg was never ascribed to the appellant in the FIR---Said disparity called into question the validity of the evidence used against the appellant---Appeal against conviction was allowed, in circumstances.
