SAQIB VS STATE S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Benefit of doubt---Unnatural conduct of the witness---Accused was charged for committing murder of the son of complainant by firing---In the present case, it looked quite unnatural on the part of son-in-law of complainant that instead of lifting up the injured victim for medical treatment, he simply rushed to his house to inform his father---Factum of unnatural conduct on the part of prosecution witness was fatal to the prosecution case---Appeal against conviction was allowed, in circumstances.
