Shahbaz Mustafa VS State S.497---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss.392 & 411---Robbery, dishonestly receiving stolen property---Post-arrest bail, refusal of---Sufficient incriminating material, presence of--- Petitioners were not named in FIR; they were already confined in jail where they were interrogated regarding present occurrence and found involved in the case--- Both petitioners led to recovery of cash amounting to Rs.48,00,000/- in total, whereas complainant had alleged snatching of Rs.55,00,000/---- Petitioners were prima facie connected with crime on basis of material collected by Investigating Officer and their involvement could not be discarded--- Nothing on record suggested that case required further inquiry--- Both petitioners had previous involvement in numerous similar cases and were found to be history sheeters--- Bail was declined to petitioners, in circumstances.
